职位描述：
职责：
Develop and optimize quality programs including tracking, analyzing, reporting, problem solving, PDCA and continual improving;
Ensure the product QC/QA system well maintained, implemented and improved continuously;
Ensure product quality assured, enhanced and improved through various quality methods and actions;
Effectively push and track the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
Develop and optimize quality measurement system, engineering project and lab retrofit;
Perform vendor quality control and customer complaint handling.
要求：
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Graduate Engineer
10 years experience in a technical/quality role within manufacturing
Experienced in dealing with SQA and suppliers.
Experience in supplier assessment and auditing.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 and quality control techniques
Understanding of process control requirements and techniques including SPC and SQC and quality planning.
Thorough understanding of metrology.
Knowledgeable of engineering drawings and specifications including ISO standards.
Understanding of Six Sigma and related quality “tools”.
Knowledge of RoHS.
PC literate with working experience using email, internet, office tools etc
Broad knowledge of manufacturing and quality control in the following fields:
Printed Circuit Boards and electronic components
Cable & Cable Assembly (Raw material, looms & termination)
Machining of metals (milling, turning etc)
Metal fabrication (Sheet metal, welding, chemical etching)
Motors (small dc low voltage)
Optical components (prisms, lenses, gratings etc)
Ceramics (engineering components)
Gears & bearings (small, precision balls & rollers)
Packaging (cardboard, wooden instrument casing)
Printing (brochures, data sheets, product guides etc) |
