PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform key application projects and lead team function to facilitate the new software application and/or technology deployment. - Build up the application development team structure, provide staff training, develop their skills, and mentor the team members. - Ensure application requirements are complete and sufficiently defined by analyst to proceed. - Define the project structure, planning method, implementation strategy for IT projects. - Assist for overall Project direction, scope, and planning. - Schedule the project activities and coordinate the related project resources. - Finalize the risk, cost, and benefits assessment for project justification. - Chair the meeting among project team-member to finalize the implementation plan. - Facilitate the new software technology, architecture, and application system re-engineering deployment with providing high quality application systems support. - Recommend re-engineering scenarios for application improvement. - Establish the software management and development life cycles. - Define technology and product selection criteria and decision model. - Derive the software technology adoption process. - Responsible for application systems problem and performance management. - Provide expert consultancy service to the application systems support for problem handling and performance analysis. - Prioritize the resource on problem handling base on severity level and business impact. - Proactive review for look into the overall improvement. - Vendor's negotiation for project management. - Facilitate the problem diagnosis and systematic analysis the problem area. - Monitor and push for the problem fixing and preventive action. - Enable a proactive support and process oriented organization culture in order to improve systems support service quality and productivity which measuring through effective and efficiency. - Facilitate to provide the application systems support consultancy in the proactive manner. - Enable a process oriented environment to improve the quality and productivity.

LANGUAGE & COMPUTER ABILITIES: - MS Project, distributed computing architecture, VS.NET, C#, C/C++, VB/VB.NET, VJ++ / JavaScript, ASP /ASP.NET, JSP, Servlet, EJB & Applet, ODBC, JDBC, UML and MVC model, PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS Database, XML Standard. - Fluent in English including listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
